**About the role**

Are you in your happy place managing B2B performance marketing campaigns and delivering an SEO strategy? Do you feel just as motivated rolling up your sleeves to support day-to-day marketing operations as you do analysing performance metrics and seeking out opportunities for growth? Are you familiar with marketing automation and CRM systems - or keen to learn and develop in this space?

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team - helping us build brand fame and fuel the pipeline for success. You will be a curious self-starter, owning and executing campaigns and digital activations to optimise the distribution of content through digital channels.

Reporting into the Content Marketing Lead, the Digital Marketing Specialist will bring a combination of creative intuition and analytical rigour to support in the delivery of a brand and content-led marketing plan.

**Requirements**:

- A marketing or communications degree and 2+ years' work experience executing digital marketing strategies.
- Experience working with social media campaign managers and Google Ads.
- Experience working with HubSpot (preferred), or similar CRM system.
- Experience using analytics tools such as GA4 and Google dashboards, social media dashboards and PowerBI.
