As an Enterprise Planning Senior Analyst, you’ll be at the centre of Kiwibank’s transformation strategy — partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that shape enterprise-wide planning, performance, and prioritisation. You’ll lead the analysis and visualisation of business data, create compelling dashboards using Power BI, and develop key planning artefacts like roadmaps and capacity models. Your work will directly influence strategic investment decisions, initiative sequencing, and risk identification, helping the business make smarter, faster decisions.

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

- Experience in a consultancy or stakeholder-heavy environment
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to align insights to business strategy
- A confident communicator who can translate complex data into meaningful insights
- Proven experience with data visualisation and storytelling (Power BI preferred)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
