**About the role**:
In this exciting role, the Faculty Academic Lead will provide effective leadership on a suite of programmes including sports, e-sports and pre-police and ensure these programmes are well developed and consistently run across all campuses. You will inspire tutors and ensure the needs of the student and industry are met. This role has the flexibility to work from home on some days of the week. In this role, your key performance areas will be to
- Manage and maintain the programme portfolio
- Manage, Monitor and Review the Academic Delivery of Programmes

**About you**:
You are people person who is committed and inspired to design, develop and influence curriculum that is taught to ensure students are set up for success when they go out into industry. Your exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with staff and stakeholders will be the key to your success. You’ll be working with the likes of NZQA, the Workforce Development Council and other stakeholders within the sports industry so confidence and professionalism is a must
