We are seeking (Senior) **Site Engineers** to join our iReX team. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly skilled Site Engineers with significant experience in building bridges and ports.

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support to Project Engineers / Zone Managers and Project Managers. Expertise required in building bridges, wharfs and other structures related to building the iReX infrastructure.

A variety of tasks will keep you challenged in Wellington
- Responsible for planning, marking out and levelling construction sites, including roads, drainage systems and pavements
- Procurement and management of construction materials as required
- Inspect and analyse operational data
- Maintain compliance with safety and material requirements
- Determine and present estimates of operational costs
- Evaluate operations and processes
- Test material and structural integrity
- Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
- Compile and present reports, monitor progress, direct activities
- Create work schedules and adjust as needed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or similar
- Experience as an Engineer
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral
- Planning and organisational skills - both personal and as applied to projects and documents
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Proven and well developed interpersonal/leadership skills
- A positive attitude and be self-motivated
