You will conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards, relevant codes, and project specifications.
- Issue Resolution: Should any issues or challenges arise within their zone, the Zone Manager takes proactive measures to address them. You collaborate with team members, consultants, and other stakeholders to identify solutions, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks that may impact the progress or quality of work in your zone.
- Communication and Coordination: Effective communication and coordination are vital for a Zone Manager.
