We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Branch Manager to lead the team in our soon to opened branch in Timaru.

With support from the Southern General Manager, you will take full ownership of the success of this new branch and your team.

Ideally you have previous experience in leading a sales team, including coaching, developing and generally knowing how to motivate and get the best out of your people. A strong sales background and proven track record of consistently delivering results will ensure you will thrive in this role.

Previous automotive experience or not, what we are really looking for is someone with fantastic interpersonal skills that has loads of energy and drive to make things happen every day and even better if you love cars
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a sales environment;
- An ability to meet targets and achieve results by working with your team;
- Strong motivation and influencing ability;
- A confident & vibrant personality with excellent relationship building skills;
- A full/clean Driver License.
