Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients. This service produces clearly identifiable results, notably the reduction in the cost of software development and maintenance by up to 30%, enhanced quality levels, improved time to market, and importantly mitigation of technical and business risks.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

- As a Data Test Analyst/Senior Test Analyst, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals and will be a part of the Testing community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. Should have good expertise to create & review test plan
- Should be an expert in planning & setting up complex test data
- Create and review test scripts
- Will be working with your squad, other teams, and business services to define and deliver a radically improved banking experience for our customers.
- Will be responsible to collaborate with the product owner, engineers, analysts, and other people in your squad to identify risks early and help fix bugs as they arise, improving quality from the outset.
- Should have good understanding of business / functional processes within an Industry vertical / sub-vertical to translate business requirements to system requirements & perform impact analysis.
- Would be responsible for the defect management and reporting.
- Will be able to contribute to the digital transformation of a leader in the banking industry

Let's talk about your capability and experience:

- Test Analyst with 4+ years of testing experience.
- Good experience in Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, and Test automation.
- Good exposure to System Testing, System Integration Testing, Manual Testing
- Automation Experience in any one tool like Selenium, QTP, Cucumber, etc.
- Should have participated in the creation of the Automation framework.
- Good experience in banking and financial domain.
- Should have good SQL understanding.
- Hands on experience of working with Jira, ALM
- Good exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Experience in working with Continuous Integration, Teradata, Data Stage, Query Surge, Cucumber, Concordian, Subversion
- Understanding of Financial Services Industry could be advantageous
