We have two vacancies in the team due to internal development and retirement. One role is full time and the other is part-time 28 hours per week.

**About the role**:
**About you**:
This is a busy environment, where you will use your multitasking skills to effectively manage your workflow and maintain a high attention to detail even under pressure. We are looking for an individual who has:

- A qualification in a relevant field or more than 3 years of work experience in a similar administrative role
- Proven Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to work autonomously and the initiative to problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong customer focus with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally

**Additional information**:

- Position types:_
- Permanent full time - 37.5 - 40 hours per week._
- Permanent part time - 28 hours per week across 5 days. 1x 6 hours 4 x 5.5 hours._
- Location_ - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street_
