**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**

Whether you have a background in building construction, building design, consent processing and/or inspections - whatever your expertise, we're looking for team players with experience in building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, their agents and internal teams. We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a relevant regulation 18 qualification - find out more about regulation 18 here
- Has at least Res 3 competency
- Has at least 3 years' experience within the building industry, in any capacity
- Has the ability to make appropriate decisions with regards to the building code performance clauses

- Level 1: $74,394 - $82,660_
- Level 2: $81,227 - $90,252_
- Level 3: $96,465 - $107,183_
- Senior: $105,450 - 117,167_
- Closing Date - 29/01/2025_
