- A passion and desire to surprise and delight everyone that walks into the venue
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills
- Have the ability to build great relationships with customers and team members
- Ideally, previous experience working in a vibrant venue
- The urge to create amazing customer experiences
- Preferably experience in a busy hospitality venue
- Is not afraid of hard work or long days and is a boss under pressure
