**The right applicant will**:

- Ideally, have a current LCQ and Duty Manager's certificate, but we can provide this for the right applicant
- Have strong cocktail knowledge
- Have experience working at a fast and efficient pace
- Is passionate about having fun and having interesting interactions with guests
- Be a night person who thrives on the closing shift
- Have an interest in upskilling (learning stock counts, orderings, building relationships with suppliers)
- Take pride in their work and have a passion for being creative
