Latitude 37 is on the lookout for their next Venue Manager to lead the team Just walking distance away from the 'best beach in New Zealand', Latitude is an established venue with a strong team You'll be working within a tight knit community; getting to know all the regulars that wine & dine at their favorite local. As The Mount is one of New Zealand's sunniest regions, you'll also get a fair amount of travelers amongst the crowd

As a Venue Manager your role is a mix of leading your team to run day to day operations, while also strategizing and implementing business plans to boost your venues revenue. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running and be eager to get stuck right in. This will be a challenging role with plenty of up's & down's, but we are sure that you will find it incredibly rewarding

**What We’ll Love About You..**
- You’ll have an outstanding employment history in the hospitality industry (Ideally 2+ years experience in a senior management position)
- A valid LCQ and manager’s licence is essential for compliance purposes
- You are a great communicator and can keep everyone on the same page

- You are disciplined and will be able to have strong control of a busy restaurant and bar
