At Patrons Brewing Co, we’re passionate about brewing exceptional small-batch craft beers with no preservatives or additives. Our chic taproom and expansive beer garden provide the perfect space for craft beer lovers to connect and unwind in the heart of Hamilton.

We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor who can help us create unforgettable experiences and ensure every visit is something special.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading the Taproom - Oversee day-to-day operations, open/close the taproom, and ensure it’s running smoothly
- Team Management - Train and manage casual bar staff to deliver top-notch customer service
- Beer Excellence - Work with our Master Brewer to maintain beer quality, including line maintenance and proper serving techniques
- Events & Marketing - Plan and execute special events, and work with the marketing team to promote the taproom
- Be the Brand - Represent Patrons Brewing Co at beer festivals and events as a true craft beer ambassador

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:

- It is mandatory that you hold a current Duty Manager’s Certificate
- At least 2 years of bar/restaurant management experience in NZ
- Strong knowledge, understanding and passion for craft beer
- Exceptional customer service skills with a hands-on approach
- The ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays - beer doesn’t wait
- A valid NZ driver’s licence and availability for domestic travel
- Strong leadership, organisational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
