We are looking for a **Venue** **Manager** for our Irish Pub called **Lucky Finns** in Hamilton CBD, who is confident and comfortable in all areas and is able to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment you will be responsible for the below responsibilities:

- Planning, controlling and supervising bar, restaurant and function services for the Irish Pub
- Ensuring that all staff work in accordance with observing liquor, health, other laws and regulations
- Be the direct link to suppliers/repairs/DJ’s, security and accordingly liaison with the representatives.
- Manage the staff members
- includes employing staff (in conjunction with Operations & HR), and all staff training & development.
- Building and maintaining corporate client relationships, and accordingly facilitate the booking of functions.
- Ensure that all customers receive a high standard of service and they feel welcome when they visit our pub.
- Ensure to supervising security arrangements and property maintenance of the pub.
- Liase and implement marketing initiatives in discussion with the management
- Working with the bar and restaurant manager to update their respective menu’s incase needed in coordination with the Chef.
- Liaising with community groups sponsored and assisted by the club.
- Ensure that the facility complies with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
- Ensuring to resolve customer or client grievances (if any) ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Required to work for a **minimum of 32 hours per week.**
- Minimum of 6 months experience in similar industry is mandatory
- Available to work on weekends
- Available to do late evening and early morning shifts
- Good interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Self-motivated and passionate individual
- Able to work under high pressure

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
