ACC have an exciting new piece of work and are ramping up resources to assist with the planning and design phase. We are currently building two new Salesforce teams and are looking for multiple Test Engineers on either a permanent or contract basis to assist with this work.

As a Test Engineer, you'll be an important part of a team of test professionals who have a sound understanding of test automation and development. Key responsibilities will include preparing reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their test scripts, investigate and evaluate new technologies to further ACC automation innovation as well as providing automated test expertise to the projects you are assigned to. We use Java with TestNG, Selenium, Karate and Rest Assured. If you're familiar with Git, Pipelines, Pull Requests and Java we'd love to hear from you.

Key activities will include:

- Ensure the proper use of the Test Policies and related processes, practices, and standards
- Review product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases
- Work closely with other team members to automate the execution and verification of reports created by various company products.

**Ngā **tino **Pūkenga **/ **Wheako**:

- Skills & Experience Required**
- 2+ years' experience in test automation or development
- Understanding of the full test life cycle and how it fits with the overall solution development life cycle methods, tools, controls and techniques ( e.g., agile, waterfall, Prince2, SDLC, etc.)
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience working with a Salesforce project or ART would be advantageous.
