**About the position**

Our logistics coordinator is responsible for executing our export and domestic shipping requirements within a geographical area. You will foster solid relationships with MPI, shipping and logistics carriers, NZ Customs and of course our internal stakeholders and our customers.

The key tasks would be:

- Review and allocate inventory to meet contract requirements
- Liaise with shipping providers to secure and book shipping slots
- Offer sound customer service and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Record shipping details into the Trade System

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
You will naturally be a super organiser that loves variety and knows how to prioritise and work within a busy fast paced team. Our successful applicant will have outstanding attention to detail, sound computer skills with a demonstrated work history.
- Proven experience gained working in exports, shipping or freight forwarding
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer and systems skills
