With a commitment to the future through collaboration, our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is highly organised and proactive to support the Director. With a strong focus on maintaining their already great team culture, this could be an opportunity for you to make the next move in your career.

In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand to the Director - managing busy schedules, handling confidential reporting and documents, coordinating meetings and travel, as well as acting as the key liaison across the business and beyond. Our client utilises experience and contacts to find synergies that are creative, and not always obvious; creating an exciting opportunity where no two days will be the same

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is quick on their feet, composed under pressure, and love being the go-to person who gets things done.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage and optimise the Directors schedule and commitments, including meetings, travel and reporting documents
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas, board packs and reporting documents
- Act as a key point of contact for the Director, handling internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
- Model professionalism, integrity and company values in all interactions
- Proactively manage diary commitments, changes, conflicting priorities and meeting logistics
- 3+ years practical Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator experience, preferably with Executive Management
- Proficient understanding of the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using MYOB, Xero, IMS, Microsoft Word and Office is beneficial, but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to form and build client relationships and stakeholder relationships with ease.
- Interest in Tikanga Maori
