North Western Toyota New Lynn is looking a Senior service Advisor You will play an important part in the customer journey

As the face of the Aftersales team you will be welcoming customers, assisting with different departments and carrying out our Toyota Customer First process.

Key tasks / Requirements
- Assist the manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
- Proactively review the upcoming work schedule to identify roadblocks to the customer journey e.g., parts not ordered, incorrect service loaded, requires special diagnosis. This is known as the n3 process.
- Review the Loan car booking system to ensure availability
- Invoice, cost and file all job cards daily and ensure that, if there are open job cards, they are released before month end.
- Ensure that any Warranty or Toyota Care claims are costed as per above in adherence with TNZ policies and procedures, including mark-up and sublet pricing parameters.
- Complete the Service Concierge, walk around, check-in & collection process according to Toyota’s Customer First service procedure
- Communication with Workshop Controller to prioritise waiting customer, repeat repair and carry over jobs by clearly identifying these as such on R/O’s

Customer relations skills in person and over the telephone with the ability to assist and pass this knowledge to all the team.

Skills & Experience
- Completion of Concierge, Junior Service Advisor & Service Advisor Training (e.g., Udemy, Jemini, CSC, Customer Handling Training, TNZ Courses etc)
- Experience as a Service Advisor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and inhouse technology solutions
- Prioritization & time management skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
