TRT are currently on the hunt for a Junior Parts Interpreter / Parts Apprentice to join our Hamilton team. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, is team focused, goal-orientated, willing to learn and ready to have a laugh while getting the job done and always keeping the customers needs a top priority.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide high support to our internal and external customers for all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and arranging of delivery.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Act as the first point of contact to our valued clients - both internal and external
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in part interpretation and order processing
- Have the ability to prioritise competing work tasks
- Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely fashion

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

- High attention to detail
- Previous Customer Service is preferred but not essential
- Have a positive and can do attitude
- Confident and always striving for world class customer service
- Be computer literate
