The role Our Christchurch team is pleased to welcome an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter.
Alternatively, if you lack experience in this role but are eager to learn and expand your expertise, the Christchurch team is ready to support your development.
They will enroll you in a MITO apprenticeship (similar to the Australian MTA) to provide you with the essential training and knowledge needed in this field.
This role is focused on delivering consistent exceptional customer service through careful application of your skills, knowledge, and experience in aftermarket spare parts for commercial vehicles.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include: Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internetPreparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentationAssisting other team members in daily transactionsAssisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as requiredAbout You As our Spare Parts Interpreter, you will have a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales, have good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales.
Experience in HV and Automotive spare parts sales will be highly advantageous. Remember if you don't have all the experience yet, we are prepared to train the right person.
