(About this position)
You will support the Whāngaia Ngā Pā
Harakeke Health Coordinator to undertake
delegated administrative tasks,
supporting Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke model which is a national principles
framework that focuses on reducing the incidence and prevent re-occurrence of
family harm in communities as well as reducing the impact that family violence
has on whānau who are enduring or at risk of harm.
The full-time equivalent salary this
position is $64,903 pro rata (i.e. based on a 40-hour week).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and
motivated individual to join and complement our Child and Family Safety
Service, focused on supporting the Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke and partnering with the Whāngaia Ngā Pā
Harakeke Health Coordinator.
It is essential that you have a positive
attitude and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly
learn new tasks and multi-task efficiently. Previous administration experience,
a strong degree of computer literacy and the ability to work in a supportive capacity
are essential, though full training will be provided.
Te Whatu Ora staff must have completed
their primary course of two NZ approved COVID-19 vaccinations as they have
direct contact with patients and members of the public.
