**What this job involves**:
We’re looking for a personal, professional and proactive Compliance Officer to support our New Zealand business In this varied and busy role, your primary duty is to provide support for compliance and risk management.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Ensure ongoing monitoring of the reporting entity’s AML/CFT risk assessment, AML/CFT ‘risk based’ compliance programme, and supporting policies
Closely manage the JLL Trust account to ensure all actions are completed in accordance with JLL’s REA obligations
Be NZ’s point of contact for new initiatives driven by the JLL Regional/Global legal teams
Provide leadership and contribute to a compliance culture across the business

You can build strong relationships and engage with a very broad range of stakeholders with diverse skillsets and personalities coupled with solid verbal and written communication skills.

Commercially savvy, with a highly responsive, proactive and solutions-oriented mind-set, you are able to effectively juggle priorities to meet time frames and deadlines set by the business. You are also able to work independently as well as in a team.
