Risk & Compliance Officer

Autosure Insurance is part of the Turners Automotive Group and we’ve been a leading provider of automotive-owner protection policies for the NZ retail motor vehicle industry for over 35 years.
We're seeking a Risk & Compliance officer to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across our business. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement controls to maintain a robust risk management framework.

**What does the role entail?**
As a Risk & Compliance Officer, you will:
- Implement the risk management framework, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements
- Develop, review and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Investigate and manage risk incidents, compliance breaches and operational failures
- Develop and delivery risk and compliance training
**What do we need from you?**
- Legal right to work in NZ as defined by Immigration NZ
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand regulatory requirements, including FMA, RBNZ and the Fair Conduct Program (FCP) under COFI
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or regulatory affairs within the New Zealand insurance or financial services industry
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- High level of integrity, ethics and professional judgement
