**About the role**:
As the Customer Service Officer, you will deliver excellent customer services and ensure all student enrolments are processed accurately, whilst meeting all legal requirements. You will also support management and other administration positions with general administration tasks to a high standard while maintain confidentiality. In this role, you will ensure
- Student fees are collected and managed efficiently within one month of course start dates
- General reception duties are managed in a timely manner
- Customers are supported with general enquiries with a high level of satisfaction
- Support the values of the organisation and actively demonstrate an understanding.

**About you**:
You’re an administration/customer service superstar with experience in the service industry. You’re a self-motivated, energetic, and friendly individual with excellent personal presentation. You will also need to have an
- Outstanding customer service & telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively and efficiently
