We are seeking a positive and proactive person with previous customer service and administration experience to join our team as a Verifications Officer. The Verifications Officer is responsible for checking loan documents to ensure compliance with both client and regulatory requirements all while delivering a positive experience to our customers.

Some of the key tasks include;
- Verify an allocation of new files daily and accurately identify and advise any outstanding requirements
- Ensure all lender requirements and special conditions have been satisfied
- Work with clients to ensure that any issues that so arise are resolved promptly
- Regularly follow up any outstanding requirements in line with SLA’s
- Correctly calculate and input of all fees and charges including Government stamp duty and registration costs, lender fees and legal/disbursement fees

This role is based in our spacious offices at Mt Eden.

- You have previous experience in the mortgage industry or other comparable finance industry experience

- Your computer literacy and data entry skills are exceptional and you adapt to new technologies that are introduced
