As our Agricultural Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving our client's growth in the Hawke's Bay region.

**About the Role**:
Working for this well-established brand, your clients will know who you are and want to build relationships with you.

Your role will primarily involve generating new business to ensure your territory is saturated. You'll nurture your established accounts, engaging with them to compel repeat business.
- Develop relationships with clients to stimulate opportunities
- Ensure continued engagement and repeat business
- Work with the marketing team to meet objectives
- Perform various administration tasks

**About You**:
You are a natural-born hunter - driving new business relationships and chasing down leads. You can create and maintain relationships with key clients through excellent leadership and communication skills.

You're confident with computers and using multiple systems/databases. You strive to continually learn and improve and have a tidy and professional image.

You'll do well in this role if you are results-driven and thrive in a pressure-filled environment.
- Able to work autonomously
- Clean, full driver's license
- B2B sales experience is beneficial
- A good understanding of the agricultural industry is advantageous
