**Position Overview**:
There are two full-time positions for experienced IT Support Specialists to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hold a minimum NZ level 8 or equivalent IT qualification.
- Proficient in IT equipment support, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Skilled in repair and assembly of computers, laptops, and other hardware.
- Familiarity with Windows OS software and software installation.
- Experience in web development & social media marketing is preferable.
- Serve a diverse client base including small to medium-sized businesses, home users, and educational institutions.
- Conduct hardware repairs on PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Provide exemplary customer support, service, and troubleshooting.
- Offer expert advice on IT-related matters to clients.
- Must be comfortable working weekends and able to work independently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Hourly rate: $25 - $26 per hour.
- Working hours: 40 to 50 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (shifts to be determined).
- You must able to work on the weekends and afterhours.
