**Job Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Property Manager **to join our award-winning **Real Estate Management Services **team in our our world-class, waterfront Auckland CBD premises.

We are looking for a motivated professional to manage a portfolio of commercial properties in the Auckland region, with an emphasis on planning and proactively maximising opportunities for client portfolios.

**The value you'll add**
- Effective management of a nominated portfolio of commercial properties
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Regularly inspect the portfolio to ensure high standards and compliance
- Implement rent reviews and lease supervision and assist with leasing strategies
- Identify, implement and promote sustainability initiatives and measures
- Implement long-term maintenance plans and arrange maintenance and repairs
- Actively manage health and safety
- Develop a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of commercial assets
- Prepare and manage budgets and reports

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience or property services qualification
- REA Salesperson's License or willingness to obtain
