**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
We are currently recruiting for **3x Café Assistants at The Terrace Café, located at the iconic Aotea Centre**, and currently have multiple casual openings to join our supportive and friendly team as part of our Cafe Operations function.

As these are casual vacancies, you will be paid an hourly rate of $26 per hour and an additional 8% holiday pay on top.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**
This role involves order taking, food service, POS (point of sale) and cleaning, with excellent customer service as our focus

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working within hospitality especially Café or Restaurant
- Ability to work upto 20 hours and work flexible hours
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
- Excellent communication and social skills and the ability to think on your feet, especially as this role is customer focused & in a busy location
- Previous barista experience will be highly desirable

**Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou: What we offer**
This is a casual position, working as and when required, scheduled over a 7-day roster, the shifts are dependent on the business requirements. We are currently seeking -staff that are able to work Wednesday - Saturday: 12pm - 8pm.
