We are now seeking a passionate store management team to help bring our brand new store to life and serve the community of Wanaka, opening late September

Wanaka is a resort town on New Zealand's South Island. Set on the southern end of its namesake lake with views of snow-capped mountains, it's the gateway to the Southern Alps' Mount Aspiring National Park, Treble Cone and Cardrona ski resorts and a wilderness of glaciers, beech forests and alpine lakes.

**Job Description**:
When customers walk through our doors, they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied.

The Availability Manager is a crucial role in store, responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.

There are tight timeframes to ensure our busy stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the team ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained, and taking a proactive role in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:
We anticipate you will have retail and leadership experience, drive, the ability to interpret and execute plans, and really good written and verbal communication skills.

Due to the requirements of this role you will be working afternoons and evenings, which means mornings and two consecutive days off which will include a weekend day.
