**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our support processes.
- Building strong relationships with end users, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Maintaining effective documentation and administration processes, ensuring accurate records are retained.
- Liaising with external partners and vendors as necessary.

**Experience Required**
- Enterprise Level experience
- Customer service experience in a large, complex organisation
- L1/L2 MS 365 Support
- Proficiency in Windows 7, Citrix (preferred), MS Exchange, MS Office, Skype for Business, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to write and maintain technical documentation as well as translate technical terms into layman terms
- A Positive attitude and willingness to learn
