**About the role**
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will be able to influence and motivate the team and ensure our guests receive a memorable experience. We require a leader who can showcase great talent and drive a service-focused culture in the restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring effective day-to-day management of the restaurant whilst meeting KPIs in line with the Restaurant Manager's direction.
- Ensure restaurant open and close procedures are followed by all staff.
- Financial management including stock take and increasing sales.
- Working with key staff to implement food and drink menus.
- Ensure dining facilities comply with health and liquor licensing regulations.
- Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety requirements are met by all staff.
- Taking bookings, service, and ensuring all customers have a positive dining experience.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with Staff training, including recruitment, assessment, and supervision.

**Role Requirements**
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills

- Outstanding customer service standards
- Strong work ethic
- The ability to work hands-on as required within a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum two years of full-time assistant restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant environment
