**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
As an Orderly Supervisor, you will be providing visible leadership and be the main point of contact for all staff in the Orderly Service whilst ensuring that a high-quality service is always provided, including identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 25 Orderlies and be proactive with recruitment, retention, training and setting excellent orderly service standards.
You will participate in staff performance management including spending some time on the floor monitoring team performance and providing coaching as needed. You will be confident to conduct annual appraisals, provide feedback and assist in developing career goals and objectives.
