Orderlies facilitate the effective day-to-day operation of the hospital by maintaining consistent non-patient and patient transport standards and processes and delivering high levels of customer service at all times consistent with the vision and values of the Waitematā DHB.

**The ideal applicants will have the following**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical Knowledge
- Skills associated with the orderly role
- Customer service skills

Successful applicants must have the ability to deliver compassionate service to the patients.
Demonstrate the ability to get along with people from all walks of life and contribute to the team outcome.
Please note if you are successful you must complete the NZQA Level 3 Orderly qualification.
