**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Engagement Manager to own and deliver our Club marketing function. The role is focused on curating, developing and executing great Club offers and experiences.

The role also supports the Head of Marketing with other marketing campaigns as required to deliver great experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Delivery of Club Exclusive Events & Workshops
- Curation of customer-led exclusive club offers & benefits

This role is a maternity cover, fixed term for 1 year.

**Qualifications**:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have considerable prior experience working with customer loyalty programmes, event scheduling and event management. You will be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be enthusiastic, a true team player, innately curious, analytical and with a true Customer Champion.

You will also have:

- a minimum of 3 years experience in scheduling and event management
- Strong problem solving and planning skills with an agility to work cross functionally
- You will be a great multi tasker with strong attention to detail
- Passion for the outdoors and adventure would be an advantage
