- Are you ready to make a real impact while advancing your career?- Our Contact Centre is the heartbeat of our business, creating memorable first impressions and guiding our clients on their journey to better hearing. As part of a global enterprise, you'll have opportunities to grow not just within New Zealand, but also on an international scale.- About the role:
- **No Cold Calling**: You'll be contacting existing clients to arrange appointments in our clinics.
- **Customer Care Focus**: Prioritising client care over objection handling.
- **Location**: Rosedale, Albany, Auckland
- **Hours**: 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday after your induction period.
- **Work from Home**: Options available after 1-3 months of successful onboarding and performance.
- About you:
