**About the Firm**:
My client is a sizable firm with a fantastic reputation, they are based in Auckland CBD and are apart of an international network. They are actively looking for a dynamic Manager to Senior Manager level who is keen to lead and develop a team as well as themselves.
The firm has the structure to encourage internal progression which is attractive. The Directors want to mentor and develop their future successors to take over their client base. Equally if you are after a role where you can get job satisfaction from your work, client relationships and nurture your team then go home - this is for you.
They will mold the role around your skill set, in general the role will include direct reports, advisory, projects, allocating and reviewing work. You could be drawn to business development which will take your career to the next level.
**The Person**:
You will have
- Completed a Bachelor of Commerce/Master of Professional Accounting or equivalent
- Your CA qualification or equivalent
- At least six years of experience within BAS in a sizable CA firm
- Proven experience with leading and inspiring a team
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
