Our client, a highly respected and well-established mid-tier, are looking for a senior professional to join their leadership team in a pivotal role. About the role:

Stepping in at Manager, Senior Manager, or Associate Director level (depending on experience), you will lead a diverse portfolio of clients and play a key role in the firm's strategic direction. The firm is open to professionals from strong BAS, Tax, or Audit backgrounds who bring commercial acumen, technical capability, and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years' experience in public practice
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Completed your CPP, or motivated to undertake it
  • Strong technical grounding in BAS, Tax or Audit
  • Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams
  • A long-term mindset and appetite for taking on more responsibility as a future leader
  • BONUS: If you have your own client portfolio, the firm welcomes discussions about merging this with theirs
