They will mold the role around your skill set, in general the role will include direct reports, advisory, projects, allocating and reviewing work. You could be drawn to business development which could elevate your career to the next level.

**You will have**:

- Completed a Bachelor of Commerce/Master of Professional Accounting or equivalent
- Your CA qualification or equivalent
- At least six years of experience within BAS in a sizable CA firm
- Proven experience with leading and inspiring a team
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

You will be the main port of call for a listed client where you will be managing a team, be a part of projects, meeting deadlines and have direct contact which will allow you to build rapport continuously. You will also be working with the varied client base and working closely with the Partner and Manager to take things off their plate. This gives you autonomy, variety and the ownership you have been waiting for
