Exceptional opportunity for a registered nurse with proven experience in programme design. Lead the development of our Health Programmes in a thriving and dynamic environment.
**About the role**:
As the Faculty Leader - Health, you will provide effective leadership on a suite of programmes and ensure these programmes are well developed and consistently run across all campuses. You will also support academic achievements of all allocated academic programmes including the achievement of all EPI targets for those programmes. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Accountability of the performance of a specific portfolio of academic programme teams to ensure all aspects of performance is met or exceeded - the programmes allocated to the position may change from time to time.
- Monitor course completion & qualification rates, identify & liaise with Campus Managers to address specific class concerns; to achieve programme EPI's
- Ensure that all preparation and tasks related to internal and external moderation process are completed in time and to the required specification
- Keep up to date with developments in your own specialised areas of responsibility and related developments in industry
- Ensure that programmes are equipped to deliver hard skills (knowledge, technical skills); and the soft skills (motivation, attitude, communication skills, time management, personal presentation and self-confidence).

You are a natural people leader with experience of developing high performing teams. You are committed and inspired to influence how these skills are taught to ensure Students are set up for success when they go out into industry. Your exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships will be the key to your success Ideally, you will also have
- Extensive nursing practice experience
- Proven experience in leadership and management
- Curriculum development experience and an understanding of both domestic and international student needs
- Teaching experience in undergraduate and/or postgraduate nursing education
- A PhD (or equivalent) and a record of research involvement.
