We are currently looking for a fast paced Resourcing Specialist / Recruiter to join our team

**This role based in Henderson OR Mt Wellington **is advanced, very dynamic and requires an individual who is confident in their ability, big on personality and be comfortable to support others in their pursuit of excellence - in return we offer a supportive, fast-paced, exciting, sometimes hilarious, sometimes manic environment where no two days are the same.

**Key Responsibilities**
- CV formatting for more technical roles
- Liaise with Account Manager regarding new client orders
- Learn applicable systems and internal programs relating to your role
- Conducting and recording reference checks
- Writing job adverts and advertising using various online platforms
- Effective database management
- Data entry and compliance duties
- Promoting a safe and positive culture across the business

**Skills and Experience**

In order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued:

- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in customer/client-facing role(s)
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes particular to clients quickly
- Adaptability to working across multiple clients
- Ability to work as part of a cooperative team with the willing to help others
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial
