Since our inception more than 18 years ago, we’ve become a house-hold name in kitchen design, manufacture, and installation, across the residential and commercial sector in East Auckland.

We have done this through excellence in design, quality workmanship and customer service. We manufacture our products on-premises in East Tamaki, and that means we own the Supply Chain from kitchen quote and design, through to installation and handover to our clients.

Reporting to the Owner, and partnering closely with our GM and Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our scheduling, planning, operations and installation team. You will be overseeing all aspects of the operations function, including but not limited to, scheduling of jobs for new kitchen installations, repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting problems on site or in the office, as they arise. You will also ensure that planning, inventory management and kitchen dispatch, go off without a hitch.

You will be responsible to ensure product quality is in accordance with customer specifications by liaising with our sales, customer service and production departments.

You will be managing our high performing team of installers, both in-house and contractors. This role requires someone with extra ordinary collaboration and negotiation skills to maintain and build relationships, both internally and externally. This role may require traveling to client sites on occasion.

**Ideally, you bring**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role within a high-volume manufacturing industry ideally with kitchens or associated industries (bathrooms, etc)
- A relevant trade qualifications along with production and technical knowledge to make informed decisions
- Excellent planning, scheduling and prioritisation skills
- The ability to build trust and rapport with your team, whether in-house or contractors
- Customer service skills and the ability to solve problems.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, CABMASTER or similar, and planning/scheduling systems, would be ideal
- A great sense of humour, passion, and energy
