We are looking for an energetic, hard working member of our team to help us deliver effective and efficient coordination services for the directorate and Ministry, and to actively engage with, support, and advise colleagues on our processes.

Ko tōu ake mahi - What You'll Do
The Wellington based Government Services Group sits within the Government & Executive Services directorate at Manatū Hauora and is made up of the Ministerial Correspondence team, the OIA Services team, the Parliamentary Advice and Coordination team, and the OIA Advisory and Complaints team.
The Government Services group supports organisational excellence by providing timely, high-quality advice, communications, and governance support to the Executive Leadership Team, and services to support ministers. We manage processes, training and other work related to Parliamentary Questions, Select Committees, Ministerial and Director-General correspondence, Official Information Act and Privacy Act releases, and Ombudsman complaints.

- Excellent people skills being approachable and personable
- Excellent time and task management, and able to anticipate and manage issues
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Previous coordinator or admin experience advantageous
