**Job Description**:

- Responsible for the sourcing, selection and purchase of goods and services as per required specifications, ensuring quality and best prices criteria are met.
- Coordinate and manage the overall operations of the Purchasing and Storeroom Department to ensure all departments have adequate supplies to perform their duties in an efficient manner
- Procure food, beverage, guest supplies, repairs and maintenance items at the best price possible.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owner, business units and internal stakeholder groups by continually demonstrating value.
- Define project goals & timelines with the purchasing for the pre-opening of the Hotel.

**Qualifications**:

- Adaptive to fast paced, constantly changing environments and ability to work as part of a team to collaborate across organizational boundaries to deliver better business results and share best practices
- Expertise in Purchasing software platforms like Purchase Plus
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences
- Strong orientation to team leadership, coaching, collaboration, and positive communication
