We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Purchase Manager** to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

This is a permanent, full-time role and we offer a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week of work. We offer competitive remuneration between $32- $38 per hour based on qualification and/or experience.

**The Role**
- Monitor stock levels and sales data to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Research and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement of inventory to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Analyse past sales trends to forecast future demand and adjust purchasing plans accordingly.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with agreed terms.
- Developing and executing strategies for pricing and marketing strategies.
- Identify slow-moving inventory and adjust purchasing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends, new product opportunities, and industry best practices.

**About you**:

- A diploma or above level qualification gained in Business/ Management/ Marketing/ Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- In the absence of qualification, a relevant position or industry experience of at least 2 years or more is required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
