**The Opportunity**
We have a newly created opportunity for someone experienced across remuneration and benefits analytics to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Are you a Rewards and Benefits Analyst who loves to coordinate the day to day delivery of all Reward and Benefits related processes and initiatives - including salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews, benefit provisions, statutory reporting and maintaining the remuneration framework?
You will also be responsible for supporting ad hoc reward projects and acting as the first point of contact for rewards and benefits from employees and 3rd party providers.
**To be successful in this role you need**
- A relevant qualification and /or experience as a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of compensation packages and bonus programs
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- A consultative approach with the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels
- Confidence and experience (attitude and aptitude) to challenge our thinking respectfully and articulately
- Strong customer focused, commercial acumen
