**We are offering you**
- We offer a competitive hourly rate $25-$32 for the Security Supervisor role, good work/life balance with flexible working conditions and other benefits.
- The hours will be full time from Mondays to Sunday on shift. Weekly hours will be at least 30 hours and maximum at 40 hours.

**Main duties of the Security Supervisor**:

- Meeting the clients to review the services being provided.
- Write and submit security reports
- Provide security
- Maintain law and order in area of jurisdiction
- Monitor staff by patrolling with them
- Assign work areas for officers to patrol
- Protect the people and property
- Conduct routine patrols with team
- Look out for suspicious persons, vandalism or hazards
- Respond to alarms and distress calls
- Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly
- Advise our clients on all security requirements including designing security specifications, systems and procedures.
- Review and update on regular basis clients procedure and policies
- The investigating of all site security breaches and recommendations on how to mitigate the breaches in future.
- The Preparing of evidence for court proceedings
- Training of security staff to meet the clients policies and procedures
- Checking that staff are working in accordance to client requirements
- Any other required job responsibilities as required by employer to assure smooth operations of the business.

**Requirements for the Security Supervisor**:

- Minimum 3 years relevant work expirience required in Security Industry.
- On-the-job training will be provided if you are the right one.
- A reliable, friendly and professional manner.
- Free from Drug and Criminal History.
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Certificate of Approval from PSPLA is an advantage.
- Long-term commitment required.

Hours of Work - 30 hours or more

Salary - $25 - $32 per hour

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Expected Start Date: 01/12/2024
