We are looking for an all rounder passionate individual with leadership skills to work as a Supervisor in a full-time role in our busy grocery store.

We are seeking a proactive and reliable** Supervisor** to oversee daily operations, support the retail team, and ensure a high standard of customer service. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience in retail environments, strong leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to store operations. You must have 5 years of relevant work experience or hold a bachelors degree.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and assist with inventory control
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer queries or concerns
- Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards are maintained
- Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance feedback
- Open and close the store as required, following security and cash handling procedures
- Promote a safe and positive work environment in line with company policies

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage workflow effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
