Phoenix Generation is a career pathway-focused community programme for migrants up to 1st generation and refugee students, graduates, and young professionals who identify within Middle Eastern, Latin American, African, Asian, or Continental European - Ethnic Communities Aotearoa New Zealand.

This programme is part of the ICE Early in Careers Community of programmes which means we have access to some great employer partners who can offer the Phoenix Generation community meaningful and professional career pathways in industries such as Tech, Insurance, Government, Financial Services, Law, Professional Services and the ability to network with other growth-minded young professionals who will be Aotearoa New Zealand's future leaders.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience in a similar role would come in handy - You should know when to spend more time on an issue or escalate, with the relevant information, to our product & engineering teams
- Dairy farming knowledge and/or experience is preferred.
- A top-notch communicator - you will be versed in dealing with customers from all walks of life and making their lives a little better after having spoken to them
- An ambitious go-getter - You will be confident in making improvements to how we do things if it means working smarter and doing better
- An avid learner with a keen interest in technology and a drive to exceed their standards every day
- A tech-savvy individual who is looking to make a positive impact on a much-loved sector of New Zealand

**What your day could look like**
- Provide guidance and support for customers in using our state-of-the-art product
- Building the bridge between our stakeholders and our internal teams such as software, guidance, or behavior
- Identify areas where better service can be provided to customers and assist in the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Keep all required report logs updated with relevant information
- Delivering world-class customer support to our rapidly expanding network of frothing farmers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
