MTD Trucks are the sole importer and distributor for Volvo Trucks and Buses and Mack Trucks for the New Zealand market. From our head office in Palmerston North we specify, comply, order and manage the build and delivery process for over 400 trucks every year - each one as unique as the end customer and their operation.

We're now on the hunt for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Support Administrator who can 'hit the ground running' with our Palmerston North-based team.

As one of the first points of contact for our business, you will present a warm, friendly and professional manner, both on the phone and in person. Behind the scenes you will provide seamless administrative support to our busy team, including document preparation, database administration, travel coordination, processing all inward and outward mail, keep the filing up to date, etc.

To excel in this entry level role you will need to be a fast learner, able to prioritise tasks, and have excellent communication skills. Solid Microsoft Office skills are essential. You will be comfortable mixing with a wide range of people from corporate managers to grass roots truckies.
